We are currently recruiting for a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our talented team within the Memory Care Department. This full-time position entails working the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with an hourly wage ranging from $37.42 to $46.61, plus an additional $3 shift differential. The role of an LPN at THE FORUM is integral to the well-being of our residents, providing direct nursing care and supervising our Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.

As an LPN, you will be instrumental in supporting residents with their activities of daily living (ADL), overseeing medical and behavioral assessments, and collaborating closely with health services leadership. Your responsibilities include identifying changes in resident conditions, developing tailored care plans, and ensuring nursing care aligns with physician orders and established nursing practices.
