Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
willingness to undergo on the job training
ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
attention to detail
good communication skills
previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

Great attitude and willingness to receive on the job training
work related experience in a long term care facility is desired but not required

Job Duties

Clean resident rooms
clean common areas including offices, lobby, bathrooms
make a real difference in the lives of residents
maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility
follow safety and sanitation guidelines
report maintenance needs or hazards
collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive environment
