As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be the ingenious force making magic happen for high-net-worth members 24/7, responding to their needs via phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for managing a wide array of requests ranging from booking exclusive dining and entertainment experiences, securing tickets to sought-after events, organizing luxury travel, and creating personalized gifts and surprise moments that leave a lasting impression. This role demands a multitasking maestro who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven setting and collaborates seamlessly with global teams and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in English
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in travel agency or travel booking
  • Experience using travel GDS booking platforms like Amadeus or Sabre
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work 100% onsite at 10801 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135
  • Residency within 50 miles of the Las Vegas office

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in customer service with at least 2 years in travel agency or travel booking
  • Experience working on a travel GDS booking platform such as Amadeus or Sabre
  • Strong multitasking and navigation skills in web-based environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferred global experience in the travel or luxury service sector

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly via phone, email, and chat ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable
  • Handle service requests from start to finish logging, tracking, and resolving with precision
  • Book premium dining, tickets, and travel going above and beyond for each member
  • Plan gifts and special moments that delight and surprise
  • Coordinate with global partners to deliver unique luxury experiences
  • Explain all supplier terms and conditions before confirming any booking or purchase
  • Join regular meetings, training, and feedback sessions while supporting colleagues across Ten’s global offices
