Job Requirements

  • Proven track record as a restaurant manager or similar position in a high-end dining environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and exceptional fine dining service
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and engage team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and effectively handle multiple priorities
  • Solid grasp of restaurant financial management budgeting and cost control
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with focus on guest delight
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality sector
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all facets of restaurant operations focusing on staff leadership financial success and guest satisfaction
  • Design and implement creative menus showcasing authentic Italian flavors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain food safety standards
  • Analyze dining room performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Train motivate and develop staff to provide extraordinary service and maintain high standards
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team for synchronized service and effective communication between front and back of house
