The Concierge role is a vital position within our community, charged with attending to the diverse requests and needs of our residents in a professional and timely manner. This role requires a candidate capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal Concierge will possess excellent communication skills and be well-versed in the services and amenities available in the local area, enabling them to provide informed recommendations and support. Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, the Concierge will manage inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and respond to any complaints with empathy and professionalism. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering an hourly wage between $16.50 and $18.00 depending on experience and shift availability.
