Our establishment is based in Hoboken, NJ, where we cater to a broad community by offering reliable and courteous assistance multiple days a week, including weekends. We are currently seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Concierge professionals to join our team either on a full-time or part-time basis. The pay starts at $16.50 per hour, with salary adjustments based on experience levels, offering competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. The role requires working predominantly 8-hour shifts from Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend availability. This position is onsite, requiring a candidate who can reliably commute to Hoboken or is planning to relocate before starting work.

The Concierge position is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. As such, the successful candidate will be responsible for professionally attending to residents’ inquiries and assisting in solving their problems. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Minimum one year phone etiquette experience
  • Minimum one year time management experience
  • Ability to commute to Hoboken NJ or planning to relocate before starting work
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability
  • Strong communication skills
