Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • Must adhere to safety and security procedures
  • Able to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes providing hotel amenity information
  • Safely handle and transport guests' luggage to and from rooms
  • Collaborate with valet team to ensure smooth vehicle parking and retrieval
  • Drive and park vehicles adhering to company and safety standards
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain clear communication with front desk, concierge, and other departments to coordinate guest services
  • Monitor entrance for suspicious activity and ensure adherence to safety procedures
