Currently, Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join their team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role is integral to maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization expected by guests, particularly at the newly revamped Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a property under the group’s portfolio. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position requires a leader who can inspire and guide their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating schedules, and monitoring the quality of work. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to motivate the team and resolve any issues that arise promptly. The role entails working closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of two years of housekeeping experience, demonstrating a proven track record of managing housekeeping functions in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
