- minimum 7 years experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury segment
- strong leadership and people management abilities
- proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- excellent guest service orientation
- ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- understanding of sustainability practices in hospitality
