Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
  • minimum 7 years experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury segment
  • strong leadership and people management abilities
  • proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • excellent guest service orientation
  • ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • understanding of sustainability practices in hospitality
