  • 2-year degree plus 8+ years of management, operations, sales, or marketing experience
  • or 4-year bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience
  • demonstrable leadership and operational experience in upscale or full-service environments
  • proven track record managing financials, guest satisfaction, and team performance
