  • degree from an accredited university in business administration, hospitality, or related major
  • 2-year degree plus 8+ years of management, operations, sales, or marketing experience
  • or 4-year bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience
  • demonstrable leadership and operational experience in upscale or full-service environments
  • proven track record managing financials, guest satisfaction, and team performance

Job Duties

  • lead all facets of hotel operations, driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence
  • develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize profitability and market share

  • build strong community connections, elevating the hotel's presence in Detroit and beyond
