The ideal candidate will embody strong financial acumen, proven P&L management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple departments effectively.

Beyond operational leadership, the Luxury General Manager will champion talent recruitment, development, and retention strategies to build a motivated and service-oriented team. They will ensure the property meets or exceeds all local, state, and federal regulatory compliance standards and maintain robust safety, preventative maintenance, and risk management programs. Moreover, the role demands a passion for preserving the hotel’s historical legacy and nurturing its role as a purpose-driven luxury destination.

Employment is offered with a competitive base salary up to $200,000, complemented by a performance bonus potential up to 35%. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance with 70% company-paid premiums, a 401(k) plan featuring a 5% company match, paid time off with tenure growth, relocation assistance, and exclusive executive hospitality perks such as property stays and dining privileges.
