- Minimum of 10 years of hotel experience including 7 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in a Forbes 5-Star property

- Financial acumen with the ability to balance cost control and uncompromising quality

Job Duties
- Be a visible, engaged leader who connects authentically with guests and team members
- Nights and weekends are non-negotiable as a key leader of the Exec Team
- Train and empower staff to deliver personalized, intuitive service remembering names, preferences, and special requests
- Create a workplace where team members feel motivated, valued, and proud to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee all hotel operations with precision, from financial performance and budgeting to guest satisfaction and brand alignment
- Ensure every detail from turndown service to landscaping reflects the highest standards of polish and quality
- Recruit and retain emotionally intelligent professionals who embody the spirit of luxury hospitality
- Personally oversee VIP stays and high-level requests ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed
- Uphold and enhance the hotel’s reputation as a premier luxury destination through strategic marketing, community engagement, and guest personalization
