- Minimum of 10 years of hotel experience including 7 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in a Forbes 5-Star property
- Exceptional communication skills polished, professional, and empathetic
- Ability to lead with emotional intelligence, resolve conflicts gracefully, and inspire excellence
- Financial acumen with the ability to balance cost control and uncompromising quality
