Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
authorized to work within the United States
effective communication skills
strong sales background a plus
must have a smartphone with internet access
laptop or tablet recommended
personal travel experience preferred
previous experience working with corporate executives or high net worth individuals preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
entrepreneurial mindset
self-motivated
positive attitude
confident and comfortable with business development

Job Duties

Research, create and execute tailored experiences and recommendations for clients
review individuals' preferences for travel and experiential choices to ensure curated trips meet their needs
complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certifications to book travel
attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations
create promotional materials
monitor CDC and travel restrictions
book travel needs including air charters, ground transportation, hotel/resort accommodations, cruises/yachting, and optional excursions with ticket/event sales
effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel
handle issues arising during bookings or travel
network with hospitality agents and tour operators
work part-time or full-time
