Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years serving experience in upscale dining
- knowledge of wine, spirits, and gourmet cuisine
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- professional appearance and demeanor
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work part-time, event-based shifts
- union membership or willingness to join union
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of server experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- knowledge of wine, spirits, and gourmet cuisine

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- present menus, describe dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations including wine pairings and chef specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
- coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- provide attentive, anticipatory service throughout the meal including course clearing, refills, and special requests
- handle guest concerns gracefully ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution
- maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas
- follow all health and safety standards including food handling and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
