Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Present menus, describe dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations, including wine pairings and chef specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Provide attentive, anticipatory service throughout the meal, including course clearing, refills, and special requests
- Handle guest concerns gracefully, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas
- Follow all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
