Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- present menus, describe dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations, including wine pairings and chef specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
- coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- provide attentive, anticipatory service throughout the meal, including course clearing, refills, and special requests
- handle guest concerns gracefully, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution
- maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas
- follow all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
