Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • present menus, describe dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations, including wine pairings and chef specials
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
  • coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • provide attentive, anticipatory service throughout the meal, including course clearing, refills, and special requests
  • handle guest concerns gracefully, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution
  • maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas
  • follow all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
