Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a host or front desk agent in a luxury or fine dining environment
  • ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • strong customer service orientation
  • attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a host or front desk role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • manage the seating system and accommodate day of event walk ticket sales and optimize table seating to support smooth service flow
  • communicate ordering processes clearly and accurately and provide status updates as needed
  • escort guests to their tables with charm and hospitality
  • maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the host stand and entrance areas
  • respond to guest inquiries and assist with special requests and accommodations
  • coordinate with management, guest service and security staff when needed to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
  • maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, special events, and the clubs' daily offerings
  • handle guest concerns or complaints with tact and urgency, always aiming to exceed expectations
  • uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and appearance in line with luxury hospitality
