Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- manage the seating system and accommodate day of event walk ticket sales and optimize table seating to support smooth service flow
- communicate ordering processes clearly and accurately and provide status updates as needed
- escort guests to their tables with charm and hospitality
- maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the host stand and entrance areas
- respond to guest inquiries and assist with special requests and accommodations
- coordinate with management, guest service and security staff when needed to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, special events, and the clubs' daily offerings
- handle guest concerns or complaints with tact and urgency, always aiming to exceed expectations
- uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and appearance in line with luxury hospitality
