Job Description

Wagner Bespoke Travel is a distinguished boutique luxury travel advisory firm headquartered in Santa Monica, CA. Recognized for its commitment to delivering bespoke travel experiences, the firm caters to a nationwide clientele seeking unparalleled service and meticulously crafted travel itineraries. Established to elevate travel planning by combining deep commercial awareness with personalized client engagement, Wagner Bespoke Travel continues to grow its reputation as a leader in luxury travel advisory. The company’s culture emphasizes professionalism, curiosity, and a strong work ethic, making it an ideal environment for individuals passionate about the luxury travel industry and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Employment in this role is full-time, with an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The role of the Travel Advisor at Wagner Bespoke Travel is central to ensuring an exceptional client journey from the initial booking phases to the final itinerary delivery. This position involves owning and managing assigned client trips which includes quoting luxury hotels and air travel, securing bookings, and maintaining up-to-date client records within the firm's database. Successful candidates will possess an ability to work efficiently under a high volume of transactions while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. This role is designed for an organized, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and can collaborate seamlessly both onsite in the Santa Monica office and remotely. A PC and phone work setup is essential as the role demands constant communication with clients and international partners such as hotels and suppliers, requiring professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

The Travel Advisor acts as a crucial operational backbone supporting the Founder and Operations Director by managing the backend booking intricacies rather than direct travel sales. This behind-the-scenes ownership includes actively resolving issues, updating client workflows, and utilizing technology platforms like the AXUS client itinerary system. The role also offers an opportunity to develop and grow client relationships through timely, detailed correspondence and consultative support. Employees thrive here through continuous learning—luxury travel expertise will be provided if not already possessed, but candidates must bring innate professionalism, natural curiosity, and a proactive mindset to innovatively solve problems in real time.

In addition to a comprehensive work environment that includes a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and flexibility for remote work, the position comes with significant perks. These include potential travel benefits such as heavily discounted luxury hotel stays after six months of employment, 401k matching to support long-term financial goals, a technology stipend to enhance productivity, and biannual luxury retreats that blend work and leisure experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional experienced with backend travel operations, seeking to elevate their career within a prestigious luxury travel advisory firm that values dedication, expertise, and exceptional service delivery.
