Delaware North is currently hiring a part-time Line Cook to join the dynamic team at Momosan Ramen by Morimoto located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who seek to work in a supportive environment at a prestigious venue. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing dishes accurately according to recipes and chef specifications, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour with a schedule that includes day shifts from 10 AM to 4 PM as well as availability required on weekends and weekdays.

This role emphasizes consistency, precision, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Employees will engage in various duties such as measuring, portioning, cooking food items timely, maintaining correct food temperatures, storing food safely, and keeping their workstations and kitchen equipment clean and well-organized. Additionally, they will be involved in opening, closing, and side work duties while following waste control guidelines and recording all waste on spoilage sheets.
