  • willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items
  • California food handler's card required

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • presenting menus and informing guests of specials
  • working as part of a team
  • maintaining knowledge of menu offerings
  • providing exceptional hospitality
  • taking guest information and quoting wait times
  • managing reservations and waitlists
  • reviewing floor plans and table availability
  • observing and tracking clean, dirty, and occupied tables
  • cleaning and organizing menus
  • answering phones and responding to inquiries
  • assisting servers by removing dishes and bussing tables
  • providing initial beverage service
  • interacting positively with guests
  • filling to-go orders
  • maintaining restrooms
  • supporting servers and kitchen staff
  • maintaining personal appearance and hygiene
  • demonstrating integrity and honesty
  • performing other duties as assigned
