Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant and outdoor dining areas
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible with work days and hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Team-oriented with a positive and adaptable attitude
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and provide a genuine welcome experience
- Manage reservations and waitlists accurately
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Monitor dining room activity and support service flow
- Communicate guest needs and special requests with team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entry area
- Address guest concerns promptly and take initiative to resolve issues
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- Support team members to ensure seamless dining experience
