This opportunity is for a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage Server position located at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering impeccable service with warmth and professionalism. Your positive energy, attention to detail, and friendliness will be key factors in ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit to the hotel’s restaurants and bars. Your duties will include welcoming guests promptly, attending tables efficiently, serving food and beverages, accurately registering transactions using the MICROS point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment by clearing tables and restocking supplies. This role also involves physical requirements such as lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds and being on your feet for extended periods. The Ritz-Carlton emphasizes the importance of professionalism, so maintaining a clean uniform and adhering to safety standards through training and certification is mandatory.
