Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform
- Complete safety training and certification prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- Good conversational skills and teamwork orientation
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Prior experience as a waiter is considered a strong advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and attend to tables without delays
- Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations when needed
- Share knowledge of the menu to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Accurately record transactions using the MICROS system
- Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and beverage
- Clear tables, complete closing tasks, and restock dishes and other supplies
