Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years fine dining experience
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Oral proficiency in the English language

  • Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly with a smile making eye contact
  • Describe breakfast lunch and dinner features including menu changes and daily specials
  • Oversee table maintenance and coordinate service at the table with runners
  • Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Operate as a member of a team helping others and requesting help as needed
  • Communicate guests needs to kitchen and management and inform management of guests reactions and comments
  • Control the amount of alcohol served to ensure guests do not become intoxicated
