Job Requirements

US work authorization is required
Minimum two years fine dining experience
Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Oral proficiency in the English language
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly with a smile making eye contact
Describe breakfast lunch and dinner features including menu changes and daily specials
Oversee table maintenance and coordinate service at the table with runners
Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain guest satisfaction
Operate as a member of a team helping others and requesting help as needed
Communicate guests needs to kitchen and management and inform management of guests reactions and comments
Control the amount of alcohol served to ensure guests do not become intoxicated
