Job Requirements

- A combination of education and experience in hospitality or customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to maintain a warm and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a hotel setting is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service and create a welcoming environment in the hotel lounge
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area
- Communicate effectively with the Lounge Supervisor or Beverage Manager
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle inquiries politely
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
