Job Description
Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel, a destination property in the heart of the city, is seeking a Lounge Host Hostess for their brand-new center bar and lounge, Octavia. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years or older to work in the casino
- High volume fine dining or lounge experience preferred
- Reservation system knowledge recommended
- 1-year experience in customer service at a high volume and/or fine dining operation
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to count cash drawer accurately
- Must possess excellent customer service/communication skills
- Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold company appearance/dress standards
