Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • able to pass all airport and TSA background checks
  • flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • previous experience in premium customer service
  • strong communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in premium customer service roles such as 4/5-star hotel concierge, airline lounge, or fine dining
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • professional and hospitable demeanor
  • knowledgeable about travel and airline products
  • proficient in handling guest inquiries and problem resolution
