Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
able to pass all airport and TSA background checks
flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
able to stand for extended periods
previous experience in premium customer service
strong communication abilities

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in premium customer service roles such as 4/5-star hotel concierge, airline lounge, or fine dining
excellent communication skills
ability to stand for long periods
professional and hospitable demeanor
knowledgeable about travel and airline products
proficient in handling guest inquiries and problem resolution
