Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18
Legal authorization to work in the US
Ability to stand for extended periods
Successful completion of all airport and TSA background checks
Flexibility for shift-based schedules including early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Qualifications

At least two years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of airline premium products and services preferred
Professional and hospitable demeanor
