You will serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Alaska Airlines’ premium products and services, expertly addressing guest needs with empathy and efficiency. This position requires candidates who have at least two years of experience in premium customer service roles, ideally within 4- or 5-star hotel concierge services, premium airline lounges, or fine dining establishments. Airport and TSA background checks are mandatory for this role, ensuring security and compliance within the airport environment.
