Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the US
Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
Must be able to stand for long periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including early morning, late night, weekends, and holidays
Must have a minimum of 2 years in a premium customer service role

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of premium products and services
Strong problem-solving skills
