Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Must be flexible to work early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Previous experience in premium customer service
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of premium hospitality services
- Experience working in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional and hospitable demeanor
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival
- Verify lounge access credentials
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries such as re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain the lounge's cleanliness and impeccable presentation
- Provide expert knowledge of Alaska Airlines' premium products
- Solve guest issues in a professional and timely manner
- Uphold Alaska Airlines' premium service standards
