Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in premium customer service
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Availability for flexible shift schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as hotel concierge, airline lounge, or fine dining
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of airline premium products preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and check in lounge guests
- Verify lounge access eligibility
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain the pristine presentation of the lounge
- Provide expert knowledge of Alaska Airlines premium products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues proactively
- Uphold security and TSA compliance within lounge areas
