Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the US
  • able to stand for long periods
  • pass all airport and TSA background checks
  • flexible availability for shift schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
  • 2+ years of relevant premium customer service experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4/5-star hotel concierge or premium airline lounge
  • exceptional communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • familiarity with airline or hospitality premium services
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • fluency in English
