Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
legally authorized to work in the United States
able to stand for extended periods
must pass all airport and TSA background checks
must have flexible availability including weekends, weekdays, early mornings, late nights, and holidays

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as hotel concierge, airline lounge attendant, or fine dining service
exceptional communication skills
ability to stand for long periods
knowledge of premium airline products
strong problem-solving abilities
