Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in premium customer service roles
strong communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
availability for flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
pass all airport and TSA background checks
legally authorized to work in the US
at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role
experience in 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining preferred
exceptional communication skills
ability to stand for long periods
ability to pass TSA and airport background checks
