Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- able to pass airport and TSA background checks
- willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- proven problem-solving abilities
- familiarity with premium travel products
- customer-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Warmly greet lounge guests
- verify lounge access credentials
- assist guests with travel-related inquiries including rebookings and seat changes
- maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge environment
- provide expert knowledge of Alaska Airlines' premium products
- resolve guest issues promptly with tailored solutions
- ensure compliance with airport and TSA regulations
