Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the US
ability to stand for long periods
pass all airport and TSA background checks
availability for flexible shift schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
physical stamina for guest-facing duties

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years in a premium customer service role
experience in 4 or 5-star hotel concierge services, premium airline lounges, or fine dining preferred
exceptional communication skills
ability to provide expert guest support
knowledge of airline products and services
professionalism in guest interactions
customer-focused mindset
