The airline operates thousands of daily flights to over 115 destinations across North America and offers a range of premium services that ensure comfort, convenience, and quality for travelers.

With a commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and innovation, Alaska Airlines fosters a supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and contribute meaningfully. The airline also focuses on sustainability and community engagement, reflecting its dedication to responsible business practices.

This expansion highlights the airline's investment in premium guest services and its dedication to enhancing the airport experience for its valued customers.

The role of Lounge Concierge is a key position within Alaska Airlines’ premium customer service offerings. The Lounge Concierge acts as the ambassador for the Alaska Lounge, delivering personalized attention to First Class guests, oneworld elite members, and other lounge members.

The Lounge Concierge is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves verifying lounge access, assisting guests with various travel-related inquiries such as re-bookings and seat changes, and maintaining the premium standards of the lounge’s presentation at all times. The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about airline products and services and can provide expert guidance and creative solutions swiftly when challenges arise.

Key to this position is exceptional communication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for premium guest service. Alaska Airlines values team members who can adapt easily to dynamic schedules, work collaboratively, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

This position offers a competitive wage ranging from $22 to $30 per hour, approximately $54,100 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid training, profit sharing, and travel privileges on Alaska Airlines and its oneworld partners. The role also offers great schedule flexibility, with shifts covering early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the operational needs of the lounge.

Joining Alaska Airlines as a Lounge Concierge means becoming part of a respected team dedicated to excellence in customer service within the aviation industry. If you have over two years of experience working in premium customer service environments like luxury hotels, fine dining, or airline lounges, and you thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences, this role presents an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a vibrant and supportive workplace.
