Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
must be legally authorized to work in the US
ability to stand for long periods
pass all airport and TSA background checks
flexible availability for shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
proven exceptional communication skills
ability to stand for long periods during shifts
strong interpersonal and organizational skills
legal authorization to work in the US
