Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Flexibility to work early morning, late evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for shift-based scheduling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in premium customer service roles such as 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of airline services and premium hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival
- Verify lounge access credentials for all visitors
- Assist guests with travel inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain the lounge's presentation and cleanliness
- Provide expert information about Alaska Airlines' premium products and services
- Solve guest issues promptly with a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth lounge operations
