This exciting opportunity is for a Lounge Concierge at Alaska Airlines' premium lounge located in South Fulton, Georgia. As a Lounge Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the travel experience for First Class guests, oneworld elite members, and Lounge members by delivering outstanding and personalized customer service. This flexible, contract position offers a competitive salary of $22 to $30 per hour, approximately $54,100 annually, with the added benefit of setting your own schedule. You will be part of a growing team within a busy, high-profile lounge environment that serves as a key hub for the Airlines, Aviation, Customer Service, Hospitality, Premium Service, and Concierge industry sectors.

Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests to the lounge, verifying their access credentials, and assisting them with travel-related inquiries such as re-bookings, seat changes, and navigation of Alaska Airlines’ premium products. The role requires a keen eye for detail to maintain the lounge’s pristine presentation and ambiance, ensuring that every guest enjoys a superior atmosphere. As a Lounge Concierge, you will embody professionalism, hospitality, and a solution-oriented mindset to promptly address any issues and create memorable experiences for all visitors. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
  • Flexibility to work early morning, late evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability for shift-based scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in premium customer service roles such as 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of airline services and premium hospitality standards

Job Duties
