Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Ability to stand for extended periods
Exceptional communication skills
Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
Flexibility to work early morning, late evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Ability to work a shift-based schedule

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as a 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of premium airline products
Strong problem-solving skills
