Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Availability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible to work a shift-based schedule
- Prior experience in premium customer service roles
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a premium customer service role such as luxury hotel concierge, airline lounge attendant, or fine dining service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-focused approach
- Knowledge of airline operations and premium service standards preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism and reliability
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival
- Verify lounge access credentials
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain impeccable lounge presentation and cleanliness
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on premium Alaska Airlines products
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all airport security and TSA requirements
