As a Lounge Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized service and support within a luxurious lounge setting. This includes warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival, verifying lounge access credentials accurately, and assisting customers with various travel-related needs such as re-bookings and seat modifications. You will be an expert in Alaska Airlines' premium products and services, equipped to resolve any issues promptly and solution-oriented. The role also demands maintaining the lounge’s pristine presentation, ensuring it reflects the high standards of the airline’s brand. The compensation package is highly competitive, with hourly wages ranging approximately from $22.00 to $30.00, translating to an estimated annual salary of around $54,100.
