Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • At least 2 years of experience in premium customer service
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must legally be authorized to work in the US
  • Pass all airport and TSA background checks
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including early morning, late night, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of travel or hospitality industry preferred
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle challenging guest situations with professionalism
  • Legal authorization to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests
  • Verify lounge access
  • Assist with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
  • Maintain the lounge's impeccable presentation
  • Provide expert knowledge of premium products
  • Solve guest concerns effectively
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality
