Job Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
At least 2 years of experience in premium customer service
Ability to stand for long periods
Exceptional communication skills
Must legally be authorized to work in the US
Pass all airport and TSA background checks
Willingness to work flexible shifts including early morning, late night, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Knowledge of travel or hospitality industry preferred
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle challenging guest situations with professionalism
Legal authorization to work in the US
