Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the US
Able to stand for long periods
Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
Availability for flexible shift schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
2+ years of experience in premium customer service roles

Job Qualifications

2+ years in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of airline premium products
Professional and hospitable demeanor
Experience working in a fast-paced service environment
