Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Flexible availability for shift work including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years experience in premium customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as luxury hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of airline products and services preferred
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival
- Verify lounge access credentials
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain impeccable lounge presentation and cleanliness
- Provide expert knowledge of Alaska Airlines premium products and services
- Resolve guest issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Uphold all airport and TSA security procedures
