Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- able to stand for extended periods
- exceptional communication skills
- must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- availability to work flexible, shift-based schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
