Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the US

2+ years in a premium customer service role such as 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of premium hospitality services
