Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Availability for flexible shift schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in premium customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in a premium customer service role such as a 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of airline products and travel procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated professionalism and hospitality
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and verify lounge access
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable presentation of the lounge
- Provide expert knowledge of Alaska Airlines' premium products and services
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all airport security and TSA regulations
