Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Availability for flexible shift-based schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- At least 2 years of experience in premium customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge or premium airline lounge or fine dining
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of airline premium products preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and hospitality
- Legally authorized to work in the US
