Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
  • Availability for flexible shift-based schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • At least 2 years of experience in premium customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge or premium airline lounge or fine dining
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of airline premium products preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and hospitality
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival
  • Verify lounge access credentials accurately
  • Assist guests with travel-related inquiries such as re-bookings and seat changes
  • Maintain the lounge's cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Serve as an expert on premium airline products and services
  • Provide solution-oriented responses to guest concerns
  • Support smooth lounge operations through effective communication with team members
