Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have 2 or more years of experience in premium customer service roles
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Must possess exceptional communication skills
Flexible availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Strong interpersonal abilities
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of premium hospitality services
Proven problem-solving skills
Legal authorization to work in the US

Job Duties

Warmly greet guests upon arrival
Verify guest lounge access efficiently and courteously
Assist guests with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
Maintain the lounge's impeccable presentation and cleanliness
Provide expert knowledge on premium products and services
Act as a solution-oriented problem solver to enhance guest experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth lounge operations
