As a Lounge Concierge, you will serve as the face of Alaska Airlines' premium lounge experience, ensuring that First Class guests, oneworld elite members, and lounge members receive outstanding service during their time at the lounge. Your responsibilities go beyond simple guest assistance; you will provide personalized support with travel-related inquiries, including re-bookings and seat changes, and maintain an inviting and immaculate lounge atmosphere. The role demands a balance of hospitality expertise and problem-solving skills, requiring you to be knowledgeable of Alaska Airlines' premium products and flexible enough to adapt to guests’ evolving needs.

The role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and the ability to comply with stringent airport and TSA security requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- able to stand for extended periods
- must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prior experience in premium customer service
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- knowledge of premium hospitality services
- experience with guest relations
- proficiency in problem solving
